Sani-Cafe is uniquely formulated to ensure your espresso machine is cleaned to allow the pure taste of coffee to come through. Used to clean commercial coffee machines by back flushing group heads, cleaning the portafilter, (not the handle) filters, cups, saucers, teapots and cutlery.
Mix 1 teaspoon of Sani-Cafe in 1 Ltr of boiling water and leave articles for 30 minutes or if need be overnight, then rinse thoroughly in running water.
