  • How long does it take to process my order?

    We'll have your order ready to collect in as little as 2 hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready.

  • Can I make changes to my order once placed?

    Yes. Please email orders@abicorsouthern.com.au within 24 hrs of your order and we should be able to adjust it for you.

  • Do you deliver?

    We provide FREE delivery weekly to all our account customers. If you'd like to become an account customer and receive FREE delivery please complete this form.

  • Do you ship?

    Unfortunately we do not ship orders. We do offer FREE delivery to account customers.

  • Will I received confirmation or my order?

    Yes. If you have not received confirmation of your order immediately after your purchase please check your junk folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, please contact us at orders@abicorsouthern.com.au and we’ll double check your details and resend.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Our payment process is secured by Stripe payments. No card information is kept by us.
