Tidal River Seafood Festival 2024 - Abicor Southern Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Abicor Southern Pty Ltd (ABN 69 678 134 597), 28 Inveloch Road, Wonthaggi, VIC 3995 ("Promoter").

2. The competition commences on September 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM AEST and closes on September 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST ("Promotion Period").

3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter, participants must provide their first name, last name, and email address via the official entry form during the Promotion Period.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted.

6. The prize consists of $300 worth of eco-friendly home products, which may include toilet paper, tissues, and household cleaning products. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The winner will be selected by a random draw using a computer-generated program on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM AEST at the Promoter's premises.

8. The winner will be notified via email on September 24, 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. The prize must be collected from Abicor Southern, 28 Inveloch Road, Wonthaggi, VIC 3995. The winner is responsible for any travel costs associated with collecting the prize.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

12. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

14. The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information to third parties.

15. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Tidal River Seafood Festival or any social media platform used to promote the competition.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or indirect loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it cannot be run due to any reason beyond the Promoter's control.
